Operation

Switch device on/switch to standby mode.

 If you have used the mains adapter to connect the device to the mains, press the

POWER button on the device to switch the device on. When switched on, the

POWER button glows blue continuously. During the system start the MEDION

logo appears on the screen.

 To switch the device to standby mode, press the

POWER button on the remote

control or on the device. The

POWER button on the device glows red in stand-

by mode.

 Press the

POWER button on the remote control or the POWER button on

the device again to switch the device back on from standby mode.

Setting the volume

 Press the VOL -/+ buttons to reduce/increase the volume. The volume setting will

be shown briefly at the top of the screen edge.

Navigating in the menus

 The  navigation buttons are used to select the menu items and to change

the values in the menus.

 Press the ENTER button to confirm a menu item.

Entry using the screen keyboard

In some menus a keyboard is shown on the screen for entering text.

 Use the  navigation buttons to select a character and press the ENTER but-

ton to enter it in the text line.

 Use the

NEXT entry to close the screen keyboard and to return to the menu.
